Elin Monroe

Elin was born and raised in two vastly different parts of Texas. From her childhood into teenagedom, she loved reading but hated picking out books. Immersing herself in the well-stocked bookshelves of her home and the basketfuls of books her mom brought home from the library mostly satiated her need for adventure. Music and movies filled in any gaps. Apart from playing the piano and dabbling in acoustic and electric guitar, she watches way too many classic and contemporary movies and musicals. She started writing books after graduating from college with a degree in English Education. Fifteen years later, she finally finished one she felt was worth sharing. She's lucky enough to be from a family of eight and now has a family of six, all of whom are her favorite human beings. Rad and ethereal are two of her favorite words.
